To ask for a refund you must have an active transaction and provide the Transaction Number (TN). All our transactions are eligible for the 10 DAYS GUARANTEE Policy, and the buyer is entitled to ask for a refund within 10-days of receiving the Vehicle. The Vehicle will be picked up from the buyer's address, and the full amount paid will be refunded. Please complete the form below, and we will get back to you to arrange the Vehicle collection and refund process. Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after the vehicle has been returned in our custody, in the same condition it was at the time of the delivery.
Refunds must be requested within 10 days.

The buyer is not responsible for the return fees.
Refunds can be made trough cash, cheque, bank transfer.
Conditions to be met before asking for a refund
- the vehicle make model description is different that was described on our platform.
- the vehicle has been damaged during loading, unloading or transport process.
- the vehicle has not been delivered within 5 (five) business days * for international shipments please contact us.
- any reason that does not allow the buyer to register the vehicle on his/her name.
Make sure you still have the right to ask for a refund
Returns are accepted within 10 days. In case that the request is not submitted durring that time frame or we do not hear from the buyer within 10 days, we will consider that the buyer accepted the vehicle and the payment will be forwarded to the seller. If the vehicle suffers damage within the 10 days inspection period the buyer refund request will not be approved.
