All vehicles sold through PMH go through a safety inspection before being taken into our custody. According to the PMH Policy, upon arrival in the storage area, vehicles are verified by the Technical Inspection Team for clear title, quality, size, psychical conditions (damages, scratches, dents, rust, etc.). This way, the 10 Days Guarantee program gives buyers certainty that they will receive the Item they are paying for.

PRO MOTOR HOLDINGS LLC knows that not all Vehicles are perfect and that Buyers don't always make the right decision the first time. Because of this reason PRO MOTOR HOLDINGS LLC is offering a 10 DAYS GUARANTEE period for all Buyers. In this time the Buyer has 10 Days to inspect the Vehicle and decide if everything is as described.

Return Policy Terms:
Returns accepted within: 10 Days - period expires on the 10th day at 5:00PM local time.

IT'S SIMPLE - GET THE VEHICLE YOU ORDERED OR GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

All the Vehicles sold trough our platform go through a safety inspection before we get them into our custody and place them on sale. The Vehicles are inspected by the PRO MOTOR HOLDINGS LLC Technical Inspection Team for reg. documents validity, quality, size, psychical conditions (damages, scratches, dents, rust, etc.). Our 10-Days Guarantee option puts safeguards in place to make sure that if anything does go wrong, a full refund will be initiated.

For every transaction, the Buyer sends the payment to PRO MOTOR HOLDINGS LLC. The funds will not be released under any circumstances without the Buyer's approval. PRO MOTOR HOLDINGS LLC will hold the payment locked until the Buyer has received, inspected and agreed to keep the Vehicle. When we have the Buyer's approval, we will release the funds to the Seller, and the transaction will be completed.

10 DAYS GUARANTEE GENERAL TERMS

  • 10 DAYS GUARANTEE - Vehicle Purchase Protection is only offered on transactions that are completed on www.promotorholdings.com.
  • 10 DAYS GUARANTEE - Vehicle Purchase Protection does not cover any damage on vehicles 30 years old or older (30-year threshold is based on model year).
  • 10 DAYS GUARANTEE - Vehicle Purchase Protection does not cover any damage on an vehicle listed with anything but a "clean" title.

  • For vehicles newer than September 1, 2016, your eligible vehicle purchase is protected for up to $1,000,000 or the purchase price paid, whichever is lower. For vehicles prior to September 1, 2016, your eligible vehicle purchase is protected for up to $250,000 or the vehicle purchase price, whichever is lower.

PRO MOTOR HOLDINGS LLC 10 DAYS GUARANTEE provides protection, against certain losses associated with fraud, up to a maximum amount of your purchase price paid (not exceeding $1,000,000) for purchase of an eligible item on www.promotorholdings.com.

The types of fraud that are generally covered are:
- non-delivery of the item
- undisclosed errors in the title, and certain undisclosed defects with the item.

The 10 DAYS GUARANTEE is automatically included at no additional cost when you complete the purchase of an eligible item on www.promotorholdings.com.
