WHAT IS THE TRANSACTION ID# (TN) AND WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
The Transaction Number (TN) is a unique number assigned to every transaction, which can be used by Buyers and Sellers to check their transaction status in real-time, see delivery progress, payment status, and much more. Checking the Transaction Status (TRANSACTION TRACKING section) will also give buyers access to payment instructions. The TN is available for registered customers only, which already have a transaction in progress.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER LARGE BOATS, RV'S OR VEHICLES?
Whether you have a 30 feet trailer or RV that needs to be brought to our facility or a 40 feet boat that needs to be pulled from the water and transported to our facility, we can do it all! PRO MOTOR HOLDINGS LLC can safely haul, move or transport up to 40 feet boats with the proper equipment.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME?
We deliver the vehicles within three to five days. Please visit the "SHIPPING" section for more information about the delivery process.
WHO PAYS FOR THE DELIVERY?
When buying a vehicle, the first 500 miles are free. Then we charge Buyers $1.5 per mile depending on the route and the type of the vehicle being delivered. For a delivery quote, please contact us. If the Buyer returns the vehicle, the Seller will be fully responsible for the costs of returning the VEHICLE.
CAN I COLLECT THE VEHICLE MYSELF?
YES all Buyers that placed a bid can come and buy in person, but only if the request is sent before a transaction is started or the auction is finished. Please contact us to arrange an appointment at the warehouse.
WHAT IF THE PURCHASED VEHICLE LOOKS DIFFERENT?
We make every effort to satisfy our buyers. If an Vehicle arrives in a condition that is different from that shown on our website or the seller described it differently than it is, please contact us for initiating the return/refund policy.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
Before you return a Vehicle to Pro Motor Holdings please:

  • Ensure that you still have the option of returning the Vehicle. You have 10 days following your used vehicle's purchase to have it returned for a full refund. Pro Motor Holdings advises that the company's salespeople won't attempt to convince you to purchase another vehicle when you request the return.
  • Inspect your vehicle. Look for scratches and dents that weren't there when you initially purchased the vehicle. The company will only accept the used vehicle and give you a full refund if the vehicles are in the same condition at the time of delivery. In other words, if you backed your vehicle into a pole two days after you purchased it, the money-back guarantee does not apply.
  • Has the vehicle returned to Pro Motor Holdings? Ensure you have the proper identification and the documents you received on the date of delivery (Delivery inspection report, etc.). Id another person's name appears on the purchase agreement; the person must request a refund in question. Complete the online form, and our representatives will contact you to pick up the vehicle. Pro Motor Holdings issues refunds in Bank Transfer that you will receive 2 days after the refund request was requested.
WHAT IS THE 10 DAY GUARANTEE RETURN POLICY?
We take great pride in the quality of the vehicles we sell. We carefully inspect every Vehicle on our site for condition and authenticity and make every effort to fully disclose all details of each Vehicle in our product descriptions and product images. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact Customer Service within 10 business days of receipt. We strive to provide fast and seamless transactions to both our consignors and buyers, which is why we cannot honor a request for a return that is received after 10 days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Returned Vehicles must be in their original condition at delivery.

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
A signature is required for all deliveries upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the Vehicle and sign for it. If you need additional help with your delivery options, please contact us.
